Garden Club elves help spread joy

Elves from the Rutherfordton Garden Club helped to spread joy across town last week decorating signs and other points of interest in town with Christmas wreaths. More than 300 wreaths were delivered to Rutherfordton and Spindale businesses and individuals. The sale of wreaths is the garden club's annual fundraiser.
