Gene Brandle, age 76

Gene Brandle, age 76, of Ellenboro, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

Gene was born February 21, 1946 in Rutherford County to the late Clyde Henry Brandle and Mary Melton Brandle. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served his country in the US Air Force. Gene worked as a truck driver for Wise Foods for over 30 years and was of the Methodist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Shannon Eugene Brandle.

Left to cherish fond memories are his wife of 57 years Sylvia Moore Brandle, four grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends was held December 2 at Harrelson Funeral Home.
