Geretha Mae Walker, 87, passed away on July 24, 2020.
She was born March 29, 1933 to the late Oakley G. Holtsclaw and Ella Mae Allred Holtsclaw. Geretha was married to the late Alvin Kellon Walker.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by Joe Cash; two sons David and Mark Walker; one brother Johnny Holtsclaw and one sister Della Moore.
She is survived by two daughters Cathy Walker Hamilton and fiancé Jim Hardin Patricia Ann Toney and partner Terry Turner; one daughter-in-law Melinda Walker; two sisters Ethel Garver and Carolyn Greene, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at Gantts Grove Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Building Fund of Gants Grove 626 Gantts Grove Church Rd, Mooresboro, NC 28114.
