Grand opening and ribbon cutting at ‘This is it’

   “This is It” Antiques and Variety Store in Forest City had their grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony last week. Greg Harris entertained his guests with food and breakfast fare, as the guests toured his collectibles for the 20’s to the present in his restored, historic , Old Furniture Barn building. A $200.00 shopping spree winner was drawn from customers who had visited the store prior to the Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting.

   “We are really happy to be here and part of the Rutherford County community”, said Greg Harris, store owner. 

   Rick Austin, Executive Director of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce said, “It is great to see another business opening in the county that can help improve our economy.  Greg is a great addition to our community and has already been working with the Chamber.”
