Harley Brandon Upton, age 22, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
Harley was born April 9, 2000 in Rutherford County to Sommar Harris Waters and Casey B. Upton.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Reed Upton.
Those left to cherish his memory are his fiancé Callie Burnett and son Keegan; mother, Sommar Waters (Micheal); father, Casey B. Upton (Lucy); sisters, Kinley Waters, Eden Upton, Lily Upton; maternal grandparents, Irby Harris (Linda); maternal great grandmother, Doris Harris; paternal grandmother, Cherry Branch; paternal great grandmother, Eula Williams, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside inurnment will be conducted at 2pm February 11, 2023 at Coopers Gap Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Don Hollifield officiating.
