Harold Richard Baker, 83

Our beloved family member, Harold Richard Baker, 83, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026. He was born in Gaston County, NC to the late Joseph David Baker and Della Randolph Baker on June 17, 1943.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Margaret King Baker; daughter, Krystal Bowen (John); son, Harold Richard Baker; daughter, Carolyn Brown (Chris); daughter, Anita Irene Huffseteller; daughter, Donna Upchurch (Eric); son, Richard Harold Baker; son, Robert Buren Hutchison; daughter-in-law, Angela Butler Hutchson; son, Joseph Odelle Baker (Shelene); 22 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren. One sister Sylvia Whitesides (Robert); four brothers, Roger Baker (Vicki), Fred Baker (Marie), Everette Baker (Angie) and JD Baker (Pat); numerous nieces and nephews.

For many years, he worked as a Mobile Home Mover. He loved his church, Lincolnton Church of God.

Visitation was held October 3, at Lincolnton Church of God with a Celebration of Life Service following.
