Helen Day Sprouse, 82

Helen Day Sprouse, 82, of Spindale, passed away August 17, 2021.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Mary Elizabeth Splawn Day. She was a retired child care worker and a member of Fellowship Holiness Church.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Sharon Hughes; daughter in law Wanda Sprouse; 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; brother Jerry Byers and special nieces Patsy Salmon and Vickie Martin. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Sprouse, son, Billy Ray Sprouse and great grandson Matthew Stone.

Funeral services were held August 22, 2021 at Fellowship Holiness Church, 301 Deviney St., Spindale with Rev. Chad Sisk and Rev. Buddy Campbell officiating.
