Helen Green, age 58, of Forest City, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020.
Helen was born May 2, 1962 in Rutherford County to the late Paul Memory Green and Carolyn Hawkins Green.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Neil Hawkins, Dennis, Kenneth and Melvin Green.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Jessica M. Green; two sons, Paul C. Green and Michael "Mikey" Green all of Forest City; brothers, Bruce Green (Joe Ann) and Paul Henry Caulford all of Henrietta; sister, Darlene Millwood (Ted) of Ellenboro and two grandchildren.
The funeral service was conducted at the Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services, 1251 US Highway 221A, Forest City, NC 28043.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
