Helen JoAnn Arrowood Bailey, age 71, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020.

She was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Arrowood and her birth mother Dora Arrowood. She was a native of Rutherford County and widow of the late Jack Bailey. She was also preceded in death by 1 sister Ruby Hill and 3 brothers; W. J. Arrowood, Albert Arrowood Jr., Glen Arrowood. She is survived by One Daughter: Lee Arrowood Walker and her companion Richard Cummons of Rutherfordton. One Granddaughter. Step-daughter: Teresa B. Garris and step-son Andrew Bailey of Lancaster, S.C. Two sisters: Colene Nanney and her husband Hugh of Union Mills. Frances Shehan of Spindale. Two brothers: Roger Arrowood and his wife Susan of Kings Mountain. Leonard Arrowood and his wife Carolyn of Forest City.

A private Graveside service was held at Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery. Interment was held at Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery.
