Isabella Herrera Donates Hair to Locks of Love

Five year old Isabella Herrera of Forest City recently donated 12 inches of her hair to Locks Of Love. Her hair was cut at Isothermal Community College. Isabella, who takes dance at DreamWeavers Dance, was excited about helping other kids that need hair.
