James William Roper age 82 of Rutherfordton passed away October 3, 2021.
James was the son of the late John William Roper and Euneeda Dills Roper.
James was the husband to Louise Waddell Roper.
In addition to his wife he is survived by daughter Kathy Roper Painter (Roger), son Danny William Roper (Lisa), son Terry Roper (Tracy), 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.

Services were held October 6 2021 at Crowe's Mortuary with the Rev. Steven Painter, and Rev. Brian Hardin.
