Janet Scruggs West, age 74

Janet Scruggs West, age 74, of Boiling Springs, NC, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023.

Janet was born August 19, 1949 in Rutherford County to the late W.P. Scruggs and Marie Thrift Scruggs. She was a graduate of Chase High School and was of the Baptist faith. She worked most recently in home healthcare as a CNA.

Those left to treasure her memory include her daughter, Sherry Davis Lane (Paul) of Carrollton, GA; grandson, Rev. Austin Lane (Olivia) of Hoboken, GA; sister, Terrie Benson (Barry) of Spartanburg; aunt, Margaret Lovelace of Boiling Springs and many cousins.

In honor of Janet's wishes there will be no formal services conducted.
