Jennie Pearl Ledford, age 94

Jennie Pearl Ledford, age 94, of Bostic, passed away March 23, 2022.

Jennie was born October 28, 1927 in Rutherford County to the late Adam Tessneer and Ada Hyder Tessneer. She was a graduate of Sunshine High School and worked in textiles. Jennie was a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Hubert Adam Ledford daughter, Nancy Byrd; four brothers, two sisters and a great grandson.

Left to cherish fond memories are her sons, Alvin "Pete" Ledford of Union Mills, Wesley Ledford (Michelle) of Inman, SC and Von Ledford of Forest City, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held March 28, 2022 at Sandy Level Baptist Church with Rev. Robbie Hensley and Rev. Jason Toney officiating.
