Jerry Calvin Self, 51

Jerry Calvin Self, 51, passed away November 20, 2021.

Jerry was born August 23, 1970 in Rutherford County, and was the son of David Self and Martha Bumgarner Self.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Allen Kimsey; daughters, Brandy Arrowood and husband Justin, Wendy Nolen and husband Eric, Holly Slaughter, Paige Arrowood, and Harley Lewis; thirteen grandchildren; one sister, Connie Blanton and husband James; one brother, Brian Self.

Jerry was an excellent carpenter that worked with his dad in the family business.

A Funeral Service was held December 11, 2021 at Golden Valley Missionary Methodist Church, Bostic with Rev. Dennis Hurdt and Rev. Sam Henderson officiating.
