Jimmie Richards, 66, left this world January 29, 2022.

Preceded in death by his parents, James and Annie Tanner Richards; sister, Debra Peterson; brother, Doug Richards.

Jimmie is survived by daughter, Jennifer Richards Parker (Jenny); previous spouse, Norma Richards (Lawndale); son-in-law, David Parker; three grandchildren, sister, Barbara Ann Richards (Shelby); niece, Kimberly Richards (Hickory); Jamie Schrader (Kings Mountain), and Christie Ayers (Shelby); nephew, Timothy Richards (Casar); loving companion, Becky Jones (Shelby); and many other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service was held February 13, 2022 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Shelby.
