Joey Morrow, age 64

Joey Morrow, age 64, of Forest City, passed away January 29, 2022.

Joey was born May 1, 1957 in Rutherford County to the late Joe Morrow and Sylvia Holland Morrow. He was a graduate of East Rutherford High School. Joey served honorably in the US Air Force. He was a welder for most of his life and most recently worked as a General Foreman for Century Construction.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Moore and brother, Greg Morrow.

Left to cherish fond memories are his daughter, Carrie Morrow McCorkle (Andrew) of Warner Robbins, Georgia; brother-in-law, Donald Moore of Ellenboro and a friend, Tammy Edwards.

No formal services will be conducted at this time.
