John David Self, 55, passed away Saturday, July 05, 2025.
He was born in Cleveland County, NC to the late James Howard Self and Ada Self. He is also proceded in death by his sister, Hilda Roskam.
David is survived by his life-long partner, Tara Jolley; sons, Joshua Self and Matt Self; brother, Dean Self.
David worked in Resale and as a Fork Lift Driver.
A Private Memorial Service for family and close friends will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an Animal Rescue of your choice.
