Judy Ann Starnes Conner, age 74, of Rutherfordton died July 28, 2021.
Judy was a retired jailer for the Rutherford County Sheriff`s Department.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Quincy Starnes and brothers, Eddie and Keith Starnes.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Eddie Conner (Susan); grandson Austin Conner (McKenzie) and son Dawson; granddaughter, Haley Morrow (Ethan) and son Hudson; brother, Dennis Starnes; sisters, Mary Busby, Gail Yelton and Susan Anderson.
Funeral services were July 31 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel.
