Judy Fincannon Cope, age 72

Judy Fincannon Cope, age 72, of Union Mills, NC passed away July 7, 2023.

Judy was born September 6th 1950 in Spindale.

Judy was a seamstress, having worked for Tanner Company for many years. Judy was a member of Second Baptist Church of Rutherfordton.

In addition to her parents Charles and Rosa Lee Fincannon, Judy was preceded in death by her sibling Sylvia Johnson. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 54 years Randy Cope; 5 children, Cynthia Cope (Rodrigo Chavez) of Rutherfordton, Steve Cope (Kelly) of Iowa, Carl Cope (Wendy) of Rutherfordton, Julie Greene (Alan) of Rutherfordton, and Carolyn Carpenter of Forest City; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving Judy has three siblings Linda Thomas of Rutherfordton, Ralph Fincannon of Spindale, and Louanne McDaniel of Rutherfordton.

Services were held July 11 at Second Baptist Church in Rutherfordton with Dr. Keith Stephenson officiating.
