Judy Lee Dedmond Mason, age 73

Judy Lee Dedmond Mason, age 73, of Mooresboro, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016.

Born on Saturday, October 2, 1943 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter to the late Samuel Dedmond and Frances Sims Dedmond. She was a graduate of Chase High School, class of 1961 and worked for over twenty years as an office clerk at the Rutherford County Health Department. She was a member of Cliffside Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dan Lee Mason and one brother, Robert Eugene Dedmond.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Jean Mason of Mooresboro and Jody M. Baker and husband, Brad also of Mooresboro; four grandchildren. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

A gathering of remembrance was held at Harrelson Funeral Home. A private inurnment will be conducted at Cliffside Cemetery.
