He is survived by his father Michael Anthony Mulawka III, and mother Christine Allison Mulawka of Lenoir. Grandmother Barbara Joan Blizzard of Lake Lure. Brothers, Michael Anthony Mulawka IV (Julie Harris Mulawka) of York County, SC. Ryan Patrick Mulawka (Brooke Kirby Mulawka) of Asheville. Sister Caitlin Rose Mulawka (Salvador Garcia) of Lake Lure. In addition to several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and life long best friend since grade school Patrick Cole (Jessica Cole).
