Kathleen Fuller, age 74

Kathleen Fuller, age 74, of Forest City, passed away Friday, August 2, 2019.

Kathleen was born December 12, 1944 in Marshall, NC to the late Grady Ruff and Iva Jenkins Ruff. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family and friends. She always showed love and compassion to those who needed care. Kathleen was a member of East Rutherfordton Church of God and an avid fisherman. She enjoyed playing bingo, which was one of her favorite things to do at Fair Haven.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda "Sissy" Babb; five brothers and one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Curtis "Skip" Babb of Harris and Barry Babb and wife, Lisa of Forest City; brother, Michael Ruff (Alice) of Greenville, SC and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was conducted at the Fair Haven Home of Forest City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Fair Haven Home, Activity Bingo Fund, 830 Bethany Church Road, Forest City, NC 28043.
