Kathy Biggerstaff Toney, 76

Kathy Biggerstaff Toney, 76 of Bostic, died Monday, July 25, 2022.

She was born December 27, 1945 to the late Norris and Lillie Mae Biggerstaff Rhodes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Doug Toney and her precious granddaughter Abbie Toney.

Kathy worked 41 years in the insurance business and retired from Main Street Financial Group. Kathy played the organ for many years at Concord Baptist Church.

Kathy is survived by son Kevin Toney of Ellenboro, daughter Deborah Carpenter and husband Jay of Boiling Springs, two grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law Mike and Yvonne Biggerstaff of Ellenboro and special friend Glen Bailey of Forest City. She also leaves behind many special friends and extended family members.

The funeral service was held July 28 in Concord Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Laflin and Rev. Aubrey Folk officiating.
