Kathy Sue Patrick, 69 of Rutherfordton, passed away March 3, 2022.
She was born November 6, 1952, in Warren, Ohio to Jack and Blanche McKnight.
Kathy is survived by her son Jason (Michelle) Phillips of Tryon, Stephen (Victoria) Patrick of Vienna, Ohio and Kecia (Darren) Patrick of Brookfield, Ohio; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and brother Michael (Lisa) McKnight of Rutherfordton.
Kathy was proceeded in death by her parents Jack and Blanche McKnight, sister Lori Lutseck and brother Larry McKnight.
Kathy and her husband Ronald "Bud" Patrick spent 38 years together. Ronald passed away in 2020.
