Lake Lure recycling Christmas trees; creates natural fish habitats

The Town of Lake Lure is collecting Christmas trees on the backside of the Lake Lure Police Boat House for those who would like to recycle their trees.

Real trees, with no flocking or tinsel and no lights, will be collected to assist crews in creating natural fish habitats throughout areas around Lake Lure. This recycling effort not only helps the public to have a place to take their trees when Christmas has past, but it assist us in the health of the Lake.
