Laura Lee Coady Mills, age 85

Laura Lee Coady Mills, age 85, went home to be with The Lord Sunday, January 29, 2023.

Laura was a native of Henagar, AL and was a retired sewing machine operator, having worked in dress manufacturing. She was a member of Oak Springs Baptist Church and attended Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Laura is survived by her daughter Pam Trammel (Phillip) of Rutherfordton. She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Mills, parents William and Ruby Summerour Coady; and a number of siblings.

A celebration of her life was held February 1, 2023 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Dr. Scott Courtney officiating.
