Linda Ann Burgess Biggerstaff age 78

Linda Ann Burgess Biggerstaff age 78 of Forest City died January 4, 2022.

Born February 5, 1943, in Rutherford County, NC she was a daughter of the late Grover Burgess and Callie Mai Owensby Burgess. She worked with Stonecutter Mills for 35 years prior to her retirement and was a member of the First Wesleyan Church of Forest City.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrill Biggerstaff in 2008, a grandson, Chris Biggerstaff, and a sister, Kay Wishon.

Surviving are her son, Keith Biggerstaff and wife, Sherry of Forest City; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a brother, Chris Burgess of Asheville.

Funeral services were held January 7, 2022 at the First Wesleyan Church with the Rev. Eric Yelton officiating
