Linda McCraw Dysart, age 72

Linda McCraw Dysart, age 72, of Cliffside, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Linda was born November 23, 1950 in Rutherford County to the late Winfred McCraw and Mary Durham McCraw. She was a graduate of Chase High School. Linda worked for Cone Mills-Cliffside Plant for 25 years before retirement. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Forest City.

Those left to treasure her memory include her husband of 55 years, Gary Dysart; son, Barry Dysart (Melissa) of Cliffside; daughters, Marsha Eason (Phillip) of Cherryville and Christy Dysart of Cliffside; sister, Joyce Dycus of Hopewell; six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7pm on Thursday, October 26 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
