Lois Evelyn Henson Dobbins, 78

Lois Evelyn Henson Dobbins, 78, of Ellenboro, passed away September 27, 2023.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Frances Wilkie Henson. Lois was a homemaker and a member of Harris First Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memories are daughters, Robin E. Lewis, Jill L. Davis (Gary), Heather R. Greene (Robert); sons, Leon Kevin Dobbins, Jamie S. Dobbins (Nicky); nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Henson & Ricky Henson, two sisters, Rita Parker & Kathy Hamrick.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Franklin Dobbins, son Jason R. Dobbins; two grandchildren, Austin Raines & Weston Splawn; brother, Donald Bruce Henson.

Graveside services were held September 30 at Harris First Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. George Whitmire officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Harris First Baptist Church.
