Lois Jean Lane Condrey, 89

Lois Jean Lane Condrey, 89, of Union Mills passed away Monday, December 5, 2022.

A native of McDowell County, she was the daughter of the late Abner and Lillie Elmore Lane. Lois was a retired seamstress and a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memories are her son Hal Condrey and wife Sandy of Bostic; daughter Jean Kelly and husband Jeff of Winston Salem; two grandchildren, sisters Joanne Epley, Ruby Crowder, Glenna Warlick, Becky Kanipe and Gail Culbreth.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Hal Stephen Condrey, brothers Earl Lane and Johnny Lane and sister Ruth Wease.

Funeral services were held December 9 at Camp Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Tony McCraw and Rev. Kenneth Kanipe officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Creek Baptist Church, 145 Josephs Rd., Union Mills, NC 28167.
