Louis Frank Ombres, Jr.

Louis Frank Ombres, Jr. passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026. He was born March 22, 1936, in Jeanette, PA to Louis Frank Ombres, Sr. and Angelina Maria Marsico Ombres. Lou was the youngest of 11 siblings.

In addition to his parents, Lou was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 65 years, Patricia Ann Ombres and his siblings: Michael, Michael II, Angelo, Anthony, Perina, Margaret, Thomas, Dominick, Ralph and Sam.

Lou worked as a Ceramic Tile Setter and took great pride in his work.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children: Debbie Brame, John Ombres, Bob Ombres (Sharon), and Tim Ombres (Liz), seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Louis, Amy, Jason, Robert, Tiffany and Christine and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral and memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Lou's memory may consider making a donation to an animal welfare organization or local animal rescue in his name.
