Marjorie Gosey, age 81

Marjorie Gosey, age 81, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018.

Born January 31, 1937 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Robertson Israel and Inez Brock Israel. She was a 1955 graduate of Tri-High School and a member of Goodes Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gosey and two sisters, Lela Loosemore and Roberta Newman. Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Paulette Dedmon and husband Jerry of Forest City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Chad Hayes officiated. Interment followed in Goodes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
