Marsha Kanipe Byers, age 67 of Ellenboro, passed away Monday, June 15, 2020.
Marsha was born January 18, 1953 in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late Jessie Hoyle Kanipe and Janette Moore Kanipe.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Roberta Lee and Shirley Moore.
Survivors include her husband, Dwight I. Byers of the home, a son, Johnny Byers and wife Kimberly of Ellenboro, her sisters, Clydean Lee and husband Joe of Gaffney, and Stephanie Holland and husband Doug of Forest City.
The funeral service was held in The Padgett and King Chapel. Interment followed in the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.
