Martha Jean White, 90

Martha Jean White, 90, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away Monday, December 19, 2022.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late William Clyde and Ellen Victoria Huntsinger Waters.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters Deborah Earley of Rutherfordton, Sheila Scroggs of Forest City and Leslie Lewis of Spindale; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brothers, Rupert Waters of Forest City, Samuel Waters of Forest City; sister Doris Lane of Hartsville, SC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Rev. Earl Waters, Paul Waters, Jerry Waters, and sister Jeanette Waters.

Funeral services were held December 21 at Crowe's Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Ron Reep and Rev. James Ballard officiating.
