Martha Kaye Monteith Briscoe, age 77

Martha Kaye Monteith Briscoe, age 77, of Union Mills passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Kaye was a native of Rutherford County, retired teacher's assistant, member of Round Hill Baptist Church, daughter of the late Howard and Ethel Stewart Monteith, widow of John Willie Briscoe; mother of the late Jeana Harrill and sister to the late Gayle, Patsy and Steve Monteith.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Lowell Briscoe of Raleigh; one grandson, twin brother Billy Ray Monteith and a number of extended family members.

A graveside service was held March 1 at Round Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Jones officiating.

Memorials may be made to Round Hill Baptist Church or The Juvenile Diabetes Association.
