Martha Leigh Callahan Ruff, age 80

Martha Leigh Callahan Ruff, age 80 of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020.

She was born on November 22, 1939 in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late June Crayton Callahan and Lucille Guffey Callahan

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Callahan.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Ruff, a son, Jeremy Ruff of Rutherfordton, a brother, June Callahan of Forest City, her sisters, Bobbie C. Johnson of Forest City and Jane Bezold of Rutherfordton. There is also one grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced by The Padgett and King Mortuary.
