Mary Frances Rome Bradshaw, age 85, of Ellenboro

Mary Frances Rome Bradshaw, age 85, of Ellenboro, passed away, Wednesday, June 26, 2019.

Mary was born January 16, 1934 in Rutherford County to the late Anderson Rome and Anna Sue Mashburn Rome. She was a dedicated homemaker and especially enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening and sewing. She was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church and faithfully attended Tri-City Baptist Church while she was in good health.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, Louie Bradshaw; three sisters, Maudie Rome, Minnie Hill and Fannie Mode and five brothers, Taylor Rome, Lee Rome, Claude Rome, Troy Rome, William Eugene Rome and daughter-in-law, Nancy Bradshaw.

Those left to treasure her memory include three sons, Dale Bradshaw and wife, Susan of Ellenboro, Alan Bradshaw of Rutherfordton and David Bradshaw and wife, Raquel of Cheraw, SC; six grandchildren.

The funeral service was conducted at Tri-City Baptist Church. Interment was private in Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Tri-City Baptist Church, 910 Piney Ridge Road, Forest City, NC 28043.
