Mary June Watkins Padgett, age 87

Mary June Watkins Padgett, age 87 of Forest City, died October 23, 2021.

Mary June was born in Forest City on September 19, 1934 and was the daughter of the late Robert Ernest "Red" Watkins and Myrtle G Harrill Watkins.

Mary June was a graduate of Cool Springs High School and a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. She worked in the office at Rutherford Glass Company for many years where she retired.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Padgett and her son, Jeffrey Lee Padgett.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, Michael June Padgett, Robert Scott Padgett and wife Angela, and her daughter, Debra Padgett Norville, grandchildren, Timothy Paige Hillard, Kristen Mary Padgett Finucan (Mike), Mitchell Craig Padgett, Joshua Lee Padgett, Jeremy Brett Padgett, Jarrett Graham Padgett, and three great-grandchildren.
