Michael Robert Carver, Jr., 38, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023.

Born in Mecklenburg County to Angela Hood Simonds and Michael Carver, Sr. He is predeceased by his Paw Paw, Don Hood; Granny, Shirley Carver.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his mother, Angela Hood Simonds; father, Michael Carver, Sr.; brothers, Chris Carver and Rickey Carver; two nephews, maw maw, Jeanette Hood; paw paw, Rob Carver.

He was a carpenter and electronic repairman.

Funeral services were held May 7 at Springmore Baptist Church, 651 McBrayer Homestead Rd., Shelby, NC 28152.
