Mrs. Marie Mary Williams Gilbert, age 76

Mrs. Marie Mary Williams Gilbert, age 76 passed away Tuesday August 7, 2018.

She is survived by her daughters Angel Hyder and husband Scott and Becky Collins and her husband Terry; five grandchildren; sisters Nora Stevens, Joyce Ammons and husband Bob, Pam Brock and husband Fred, Debbie Pruitt and husband John, Susie Allan and husband Daniel, and Arlene Williams; brothers Tedd Williams and wife Lett, Floyd Williams and wife Donna, Chester Williams and wife Cindy; brother-in-law Marvin Stevens, sister-in-law Ava Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents Hilery Lee Williams and Naomi Ruth Miller Williams, her husband A.C. Gilbert, daughter Kathy Ann Ward, sister Lilian Shook and husband Frank, sister Laura Mooring and husband Henry, sister Alice Stevens, and brother Buster Williams.

A celebration of Marie's life was held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Polk County. Rev. Warren Elliott and Rev. Bob Ammons officiated.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
