New trails coordinator named

Rutherford Outdoor Coalition (ROC) announces its new Trails Coordinator, Brenna Johnson, hired through AmeriCorps Project Conserve.

She is a recent graduate of UNC Asheville, where she earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Environmental Management and Policy. Brenna is passionate about protecting the environment because of both its intrinsic value and the value it gives to humans. She is excited to help ROC maintain trails for the public's enjoyment, said ROC's spokesperson.
