Norris Ylander Bailey 89

Norris Ylander Bailey 89, of Rutherfordton passed away on November 4, 2020.

He was the son of the late William Edgar Bailey and Mamie Earley Bailey. Norris served in the United States Air Force.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of sixty-two years, Betty Horne Bailey, daughters, Michelle Mallard (Jim), Michaela Neidert, and Lori Clark (Chris), and a brother, Nyal Bailey. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents Norris was preceded in death by his brothers Darcey and Herman Bailey.

A funeral service was held at Spencer Baptist Church in Spindale. Burial followed at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Spencer Baptist Church, 187 N. Oak Street, Spindale, NC 28160.
