Ostine Ledford Medina, age 61

Ostine Ledford Medina, age 61, of Ellenboro, passed away, Monday, August 22, 2022.

Ostine was born November 4, 1960 in Cleveland County to the late Oscar Ledford and Peggy McDaniel Ledford. She worked for seventeen years for the Hamrick Plant in Gaffney, SC and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Gaffney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Billie Ann Ledford and a grandson, Julian Stanley.

Left to cherish fond memories are her husband, Jose Santos Ramos Medina; daughter, Christine Ledford of Hendersonville; son, Zackery Yancey of Ellenboro; brothers, Rodney Ledford (Bonnie) and Daniel Ledford, stepchildren, Maria Ferreira and Jose Ramos; two grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held August 26 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lewis Batchelor officiating.
