Packing school supplies for event August 5

Grahamtown Team Youth Programs in partnership with Washburn Community Outreach, Community Health Council and others are inviting the public to the County-Wide Back 2 School Bash & Kids Health Fair Event on August 5 at the Park on Pavilion Square in Forest City. Students and children will participate in a scavenger hunt and numerous other children's activities during the 10am to 3pm event. Adults will have an opportunity to talk with community organizations about various programs offered to children in Rutherford County and also ways adults and youth can volunteer in the county. Businesses in Rutherford County, agencies and other organizations will have an opportunity to sponsor the event.
