Patricia Jan Montgomery age 65 of Forest City, passed away on January 24, 2021.
Jan was the daughter of Joan McKeithan and the late Jerry McKeithan.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Jessica Hoyle and brother Mack McKeithan and wife Vimi; one niece and three nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, February 3rd at 12:00pm at Spencer Baptist Church.
