Patricia "Trish" Smith, age 58

Patricia "Trish" Smith, age 58, of Forest City, passed away, Sunday, June 18.

Trish was born September 21, 1964 in Newberry, SC to the late Thomas Eugene Meece and Paulyn Anne Deefreest Bridwell. She worked as a receptionist for several years at various businesses.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other, David Lee Coggins, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Brandon Smith of Grover, Tiffany Shults of Spartanburg, SC and Christie McCarty of Chesnee; six grandchildren, her siblings, Amanda Thomas, Michelle Landrith, Dawn Beaudette.

The funeral service was held June 22 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
