Patti Ann Michaels, age 68, of Forest City

Patti Ann Michaels, age 68, of Forest City, went to her heavenly home Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Patti was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother. An amazing, hardworking, thoughtful woman she was incredibly proud of her work as a nurse.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by an infant sibling.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Maria Gates of Canton, and Nichol Michaels of Forest City; son, Jack Tilley, Jr. of NC; siblings, Richard Michaels, Pam Michaels, Barbie Michaels, Kenny Michaels, Thomas Michaels, Jr., Karen Michaels; grandchildren, Brook Michaels, Jada Leatherman and Jailen Gates.

A private celebration of life will be held for the family.
