Paul Edward McKinney, 84

Paul Edward McKinney, 84, passed away Friday, October 24, 2025.

He was born in Hamblen, TN to the late Hugh McKinney and Alda Amos McKinney. He is also predeceased by his wife, Maxine McKinney; sons, Tony McKinney and Joey McKinney; daughters, Myra Kelley and Missy Greene; brother, Wayne McKinney.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Charlene Anderson (Ron), Tina Kelly and Jennifer Cole (Michael); grandson, Justin McKinney; granddaughter, Shelby McKinney; grandson, Johnathon Kimbrell; grandson, Carl Jolley (Ainjal); grandson, Logan Kelly; granddaughter, Taylor Wallace; grandson, Logan Wallace; granddaughter, Destinee Henson; grandson, Jaxton Hawkins; grandson, Adam McKinney; 2 great-grandsons; 1 great-granddaughter.

Paul served in the United States Army.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2PM November 8, at Still Waters Baptist Church, 1471 Oakland Rd., Forest City, NC 28043 with Ted Blankenship and Sam Ramsey officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Carolina Foothills, Still Waters Baptist Church or the American Lung Association.
