Paul Lee Greene, age 79

Paul Lee Greene, age 79 departed this life on Friday, October 20, 2023.

Paul attended Carver High School and worked various jobs where he was known as a great and dependable worker.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Edith Wilkins Greene; his siblings, Lucille Greene, Shirley Thompson, Carolyn Greene, David Greene and Laura Green; and a daughter Zenja Brown.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Rodney Green, Crystal Twitty and husband Chad, Traci Greene and Brent Greene; three special nephews, three sisters, Joyce Ann Greene, Judy Wilson and husband Henry, Virginia Peeler and husband James and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held 2pm Friday, October 27 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 125 Weathers St., Forest City, NC 28043 with Rev. Bobby Houze officiating.
