Paulette Griffin Mintz, age 82

Paulette Griffin Mintz, age 82, of Cliffside, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020.

Paulette was born February 8, 1938 in Cherokee County, SC to the late Sam Griffin and Rosa McCraw Griffin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-two years, Knox Mintz; daughter, Evelyn Lee; siblings, Francis Greene, Sammie Griffin, Barney Griffin, Sam Griffin, Ernest Griffin, Rozell Gallman, Ellen Wilson, Maire Parker and Madelina "Maggie" Griffin.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughters, Ellen Radford (David) of Mooresboro, Melissa Hawkins (Nigel) of Caroleen and Ruby Arrowood (Shannon) of Forest City; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren,

She is also survived by brother, Marshall "Buck" Griffin of Gaffney; sister, Margie Scruggs of Mayo, SC; a special sister-in-law, Evelyn Swanson of Belmont, NC; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was conducted at Camp's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
